Azazel: Ruthlessly surpress conquered countries, just don't destroy every single corporation while doing so!
GAME Update: They now display cash as well as debt level in the corporation debt display! Now you can check at a glance if you can pay a debt off, or which corp to take money from if you are a ceo!
In other news, for some reason my defence index has gone down a bit. I still have the same amount of weapons, but I guess it is lower as they are defending more people now. I'm slowly building up my interceptors now so that I can defend all my country from air attacks.
With my captured country, the education situation is still grim. Even with teachers at 80 priority, I don't produce enough. I only have half the required schools, so that doesn't help much. But I'm slowly building them up, as well as highschools. My corporations are not employing 100% due to shortages, but at least I'm getting some money from them. I'm also putting social security down each month to save money - with 50% unemployment that saves me heaps. I am trying this new strategy of cracking down on the private sector. Corp. raised to 40%, Income paid by state corps down to 60%.
