April the Third 1854
Today the residents of this place decided to kill Jonny, the only surviving member of the Ducal family. I felt it might be time to leave, but the castle doors were locked, and noone knew who had the keys.
Vlad was sent for to track down whoever had the keys, but he was found dead, two small wounds in his neck. Without the message boy, society is beginning to break apart here.
I have to get out of this place, before its too late
