1st of all, I'll have to say this depends on Kass being consistent in his writing style, but I think he has... plus he says he's left clues behind for us, we're just too dumb to see them.

The 1st thing I noticed was that ADG tends to vote for docpiles well after others have: duke of york, jon miller, flameflash, frozzy, guynemer. There were a few exceptions, but they were early on, and ADG may have changed his mind after he saw us all using the docpile method for 'exposing the mafioso'.

But then I noticed others do that too:
GhengisFarb: voted for drspike, guynemer, alva after others voted
Hercules: voted for drSpike, duke of york, alva after others had voted

But the damning evidence is in one of Kass' writeups.

HongHu was heading out to the food shop when Lord Jon ran out from his house crying "It's the Mafia!"

ADG emerged from his shop as the Lord explained: "We need to assemble the tribunal again. I just found a body in my bathroom."

"Whose is it?" HongHu asked.

"It's - I don't know, I didn't take the time to look", Jon replied.

When the three arrived in Jon's bathroom, the corpse was lying on the floor, it's face in a small puddle of blood.

"Hmmm... This one was impaled too?" ADG wondered, looking at the stains. "Hang on, what's that on the floor, next to him?" On the white floor, was a shape drawn in blood. "It looks like an L, I think", he observed. "L as in Lord", he continued and looked at Jon.

"Nonsense. That'd be far too obvious wouldn't it. In my bathroom of all places! I'm being set up here! He's been strangled, brought here, and then the murderer's let out some blood to write that L shape."

"Or, he's bitten his own tongue and used the blood to leave us a clue while being strangled."

First said he was impaled. Then, without any further inspection of the body, announces he was strangled! How could he have known at that moment he was strangled, UNLESS he was the killer? Yes, ADG put the 'L' there, to incriminate Lord Jon. He also came out of the shop to Jon's house to make the incriminating remark. And Kass himself mentioned that this writeup took a little longer, but the real reason was to insert a clue w/o it being too obvious.

Hehe maybe it was a natural assumption in this village, if he thought it wasn't impaling. Jon suggested the strangling first.

I read it as it was Jon who said he had been strangeled... and for the docpiling, it seems like everybody does this, so based on that accusition (sp?) almost everybody should be the mafia...

Btw, what murder was that? I can't seem to find it again....

But if we go back to the L and T, we might have overlooked a clue: The L and T might be one clue:

L = 12
T = 20

If we the take T - L we get 8 = H

And if I remember correctly, HongHu was killed as we got the L, which makes Hercules the only player with an H

CapitanGarlic, who was staying at his home as business was nonexistent at Rah's, heard a faint knock on his door. He grabbed his own weapon of choice, a shovel, and yelled: "Who is it?"

He heard no reply, so he slowly opened the door. On the entrance, lying on the ground right in front of the door, was Zopperoni's corpse.

Rah: not impaler.

Thank goodness we still have HongHu, he said to himself, when he noticed the door of her farm's main building left wide open. He had been to Jonny's farm at that fateful day, and overwhelmed by the sense of déjà vu he peeked inside, only to see the farmer impaled, unsurprisingly with her own pitchfork.

Spaced Cowboy: not impaler.

He grabbed his cleaver and ran downstairs to see what had happened. On the porch was the postman Skanky Burns, covered in his own blood.

Which leaves GF, vovan, and Herc. I don't think it's vovan, and I'm leaning toward GF, but not positive.

And if you're not convinced (hey, it's your funeral) I offer this tidbit:

GhengisFarb: not suffocator.

Ghengis opened the door, walked in and turned the lights on. He noticed that the ladder that was used to climb to the top of the barrel to pick the hides up was lying on the floor. When he raised his eyes he saw a pair of feet sticking up from the narrow barrel. They belonged to the barber, Jamski.

Now in this case we don't have a peek at GhengisFarb thoughts like the others, but I doubt he'd put a body in his own place. But you never know.

You forgot to add them together, multiply by five, divide by the number of horsechestnuts in your momma's frig, and find the square root.

Since only one person has a 'T' and 'L' in their name, I'll vote CapitanGarlic Even though I really don't believe any of these clues.
