That makes too much sense... it think it was something really vague.

It means everyone is worthy of your trust...once.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

It means they're dumbasses who think they're merely feigning ignorance.

No monk, we are just saying it the same way that the most powerful man on this planet did... on TV!

Anyone else having problem with google now? I'm trying to find a link to a clip that illustrates the saying better than I ever can.

I realize we could not go isolationist after 9/11 as that would imply that we are surrendering to terrorism.
Does that mean not being "isolationist" is why we were attacked? I agree...too bad all those Democrats and Republicans who keep telling us how they will do whatever it takes to protect us are full of **it...

well, so long as you super-"patriots" ensure that us foreign-lookin' peoples who are native citizens are still let into the country after going to visit our extended family, i don't think i have a problem with that point of view, however misguided it may be...

I agree that our military should pull out of everywhere, we should withdrawmilitary support from all foreign countries, but we should not pull out of international organizations. We are part of a global community, and someone elses decision will undoubtedly affect us.
