                            Universal Health Care would cost less than the current system of Insurance. I read the same Labor study that Che mentioned. But why should rational fact get in the way of stubborn opposition?

                              A Labor party study - couldn't be a little bit biased, could it?

                              The grass is always greener... We don't have universal health care, so of course it's cheaper to have a universal health care system. If we had a health care system, it would, of course, be cheaper to privatize it.

                              I'm a democrat, and I would love universal health care - provided it were financially feesable and remains financially feasable. I don't want to hear, like we do with medicare and social security, that universal healthcare will only be solvent for the next X years. And I am not at all convinced that it wont fall into that trap.
