    Ah, sorry about that. Was in a hurry. I meant to write CLR instead of CLI, but now I see that it in fact is the CLI that is being submitted to ISO. Thats better , but CLI is also just a subset of the entire .NET framework.
    We are the apt, you will be packaged.

      That's true, because much of the .NET framework is MS' proprietary implementations of the standard.

      But the class libraries, runtime (and intermediate language), and all of that important stuff is being submitted.
