The only "Super Power" I have is:

Sometimes (Very seldom), I see very short "movie-clips" about the future (Always seen from my own eyes)... I have yet to see something useful, the only things I have seen is things like: Me eating with familily (nothing new about that ), but at one point, one of those people at the table suddenly changes topic, to something unexpected, but still I know what topic they change to, even though there's no way I could have known...

To bad I don't realize it before 4 seconds before it happens, so it's pretty unuseable...
And whenever I realize it, I also knows exactly which date I got the "preminition"...
For 5-10 years ago, this happened alot, but not that often anymore...

Would be nice, if I actually could "use" this "power" to something useful (Like picking lottery numbers )


... oh, and about the "babies stops crying" thing:

I have that "power" too... it's works most of the time... It works on all babies (well... babies - kids about 6 years old), except for one: My niece (The only niece I've got)

That would count as an Anti-super-power...doesn't it? I've got a lot of those Anti-super-powers...

My bad-luck-anti-super-power works mostly when playing cards:
I always gets the worst hands ever. I have often looked at other people's hands, when others are playing cards, and notices, that everytime they say they've got a "bad hand" (Is that the words?) I often thinks: "Wow... how they manage to get such good cards"

The funny thing is: I still manage to win 50/50

As for my own weird superpowers... sorry, don't have any. Boggling people down in the chat by geeking out is not counted, after all. I do know one guy who says he sometimes just understands other people's feelings and thoughts completely in flashes, and a couple of Yellowist psions (a guy named Myriad at http://www.psipog.net , for example), though. The former isn't really even so weird... well, except that he has blue hair and he's been the president of a group of flying islands a couple of years ago. Nowadays he likes to crossdress as a female member of a nonexistent humanoid species named after a unit of measurement (well, at least he does this in his forum posts).

I heal very quickly and hardly ever get sick, and when I do get sick it is very mild. This may not seem so unusual, but I didn´t always have that ability. I used to have normal health and healing. But then I came across some good information about the placebo effect in science books and articles. I started thinking how odd it was that people could heal themselves just by thinking they were being healed. Then I figured that if people just thought they were healing, they wouldn´t need any medicine at all for minor injuries and illnesses.

Soon after this I noticed an increase in my health. Apparently this science had worked itself ito my subconscious as I studied it, so I somehow learned to heal myself. Once I noticed this, I learned that it worked, which reinforced my belief in it. I can now heal minor injuries and get rid of headaches and other pain simply by thinking about healing.

Not too long ago, I tripped, twisted my ankle, and slammed the knee of my other leg against the door quite badly, so the leg wouldn´t support any weight or move without hurting a lot. Something in the knee was sprained pretty badly. 24 hours later, the major pain had reduced itself to a minor twinge and I had regained almost all function in the knee, and 24 hours later the injury was gone comepletely.

A funny thing is that I once took one of those silly online quizzes: "What is your super power?" and the answer it gave me was "Regeneration" even though there were almost no questions about health in real life.

I think what you call superpowers is a load of BS

the thingy with baby might just has to do something with chemistry in your body etc, and I too can hear the TV on when I'm in another room, simply because a weird sort of noise emanates from it when it is turned on, nothing special

This is certainly a weird one, but I seem to have the power to blow out street lights. (no, not by shooting them).

It's more enhanced when I'm on foot or on a bike, but still works when I'm driving.

Statistically, the bulbs should last for a loooooong time, since they're expensive as hell to replace. I've had several nights where I've killed three as I get within about 30-40 meters range and look at them.

On average, I'll kill one every two to three days, always when I'm close, always when I'm looking in it's general direction.

The really weird part about it is I've never seen one die at any real distance, and you know these things don't get changed out the next day - I very rarely come across one that's out, they just die when I approach.

For me it's: I almost never get sick, but when it happens, I take a long time to get well again (well... for me, at long time is a week)... the funny part is: Everything I eat, is unhealthy food (You know... Pizza, burgers, chocolate, etc)... don't take any vitamins or anything, seldom going for a work, seldom meets the sun... oh, and I don't work out, don't go to any kind of sports, or anything... and I'm not fat... not even close

I usualy get a joke in a movie very quickly. And I can often anticipate what will happen next. I would swap that for flying undrground though.

My watches die... I've killed 8 in a month... they cease working, or fall apart, unless it's very solid digital watches.

Same. Except I usually start off 6-0 or 11-1 or 15-2, but end up doing 50-50 after a while.

In rock paper scissors, people generally start with rock or scissors. Now suppose they start with rock and you start with paper, giving you the win. They will disproportionately choose "scissors" next. There's some sort of subconscious impulse to choose the thing that would have won last round if one loses. However it depends on the person a lot.

Anyway, I'm not going to further ramble.
