    Doc Ock confirmed as villain in Spiderman 2!

    I thought there might be some here who find this interesting. Personally, as a long time Doc Ock fan boy, he was my first choice for a villain in the next one. The link below shows a couple pictures of the guy to play him. Should be good!

      Dude - this is wicked old news... What's important to know now is who is going to play the secondary romantic interest: Gwen Stacey or the Black Cat.

          I wonder whos gonna play the hot blondie in Spiderman 2...

          For those comic geeks, I dont care if they cant make it good cause it would be hard to fit into one movie.... I want venom! and stop talking about how they have to explain where symbiote came from blah blah.. I just want him in the movie goddamn it.

            Personally I'd like the Black Cat simply because I love crooks who are lovable at heart, beautiful, and not simply evil. I require my villains to have texture!

                  To be honest, I am greatly surprised that the villain isn't the Lizard. The original film mentioned something about "Dr. Connors" at some point. I thought it was foreshadowing for sure. Maybe he will be in the next one, for now I am overjoyed with the choice of Doc Ock.

                          Because it would be crap! In case you hadn't noticed, they're trying to do good comic movies now. The days of movies like Captain America & the Fantastic Four are over.

                            Hey you're right, they did! I almost forgot about that! Unless these references are just inside jokes to amuse the nerdy types in the audience, it seems reasonable to think that Venom will be seen in the future as well. (Besides the obvious fact that he's damn cool and will sell lots of tickets)
