      == I think it's just a Rumor, cause other media just say, IRAQI is searching again the aircrew...

      IRAQIS 'CAPTURE AIRCREW'

      Iraqi troops say they have captured two Allied airmen who they say were shot down over Baghdad.
      US officials insist no pilots have been shot down over the city.

                "The crash was not the result of enemy action," Central Command said in a statement. The helicopter was conducting a "medical evacuation mission," it said.

                  The problem with that is... it causes other people to respond in kind... and not with just other news stories.

                  If they are relevent comments, and not something that's going to start a flame war, or insult somebody, or make people respond... You get the idea

                    Blackhawks are primarily evacuation and insertion.

                      Report by Reuters:

                      ========================================
                      SOUTHERN IRAQ - Charred Iraqi corpses smolder in burned-out trucks. Black smoke hangs over bombed cities where U.S. troops battle Iraqi soldiers. Youths greet British tanks with smiles, then sneer when they have passed.

                        507th is in the 11th Air Defense Artillery (ADA) - Here's a link to their organization (507th is part of the 5/52):

                        Interesting that a Patriot Support unit was ambushed at Nasariyeh - It indicates how fast the operation is proceeding if Patriot units are already moving that far into South-Central Iraq.

                              Some alternative sources...

                              Iran's news agency reports Shiite resistance to Hussein forces in Najaf, a Shiite holy city outside of which there was heavy fighting today.

                              I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

                                Iran's news agency reports that the missiles that hit Iran yesterday were not Tomahawks, as previously suggested, but rather Iraqi missiles. Iraq's ambassador given a dressing down.
