Perhaps its because mass carpet bombing isnt how this war is being fought, and civilian casualties are being avoided at very high costs.

The Jews weren´t hit by WW2.
They were hit by Hitlers racist Ideals and his building of Concentration camps.
It was the war which rescued them from their captivity and the impending death.
Hadn´t there been WW2 (and Hitler and the Nationalsocialists had been ruling germany 5-10 years longer) we wouldn´t have many surviving jews here in germany (and probably europe).
So I think that the WW2 is being seen mostly beneficial by those jews who survived the third reich.
