Opinion polls are notoriously biased one way or another depending on who is asking the questions and how they are asked. Does anyone ever bother to ask the villagers in Thailand for example? Much of the world's people do not have telephones. These people are virtually ignored. There is no way to know how many actual people support or oppose the war.
