They used to make names randomly, I think they literally pulled them out of a hat. I would like to them use random names again.
Specifically, I would like them to use the Diablo II name generator for rare items.
Just imagine:

Operation Bone Flange
Operation Skull Spike
Operation Armegeddon Spire
