Kassi, sure.. I don't agree with forcing everyone to learn Swedish for example. It should encouraged, but NOT forced.

BTW, the third seat True Finns (Halme's party) got was probably thanks to Halme, too - if you read the link to Halme's discussion forum in Suomithreadi, you noted that Halme advised people living in Uusimaa to vote for Timo Soini, their main candidate there. And True Finns got a seat in Uusimaa.

BTW, we haven't even discussed Mikko Alatalo being elected yet (Foreigners, he's kinda like Finland's Elton John, except straight and rural-kinda-like, if you can imagine such a thing.)

14000 people. 14000 people willing to vote for Tony Halme. And that's just 14000 people in Helsinki.

And you know what? I bet Halme's going to run for President, come 2006.

Stefu, but for that, he don't stand a chance. He would have to be so dominating and do good things for Finland for that to happen. Never.

As I've said before; the politics of Finland has been going downhill since the country's true and magnificent leader (in exile) Comrade O.V. Kuusinen died.

                          ...

This is not going downhill. Christians and Swedish PP lost 3 seats, and National Coalition 6 seats.

Fact: Finland has the first woman president
.. and it's now very possible we get woman as PM too. We are country lead by women.. God save us
Are those facts? Somehow I remember Finland being second in giving the right to vote, and I have this fuzzy memory of seeing some woman president on television years before we got one.

Oh yeah and way to go Halme. 7 magazine will love this.
