Well, I'm sure nobody has a problem with that - not Russia, or China, or any country with indigenous populations, or in the Balkans. Let alone all those countries in Latinamerica, and Africa with ethnic or tribal populations. Why, nosirree, everybody believes in self-determination for everyone.
