US has not ratified #10.

The main US objection is that the convention, as written, would have essentially banned international adoptions. The US is by far the largest home for international adoptees. Better provisions are being worked out in a current round of negotiations. But don't let the facts get in the way of a good troll.

Questions #10 & #14 require the names of two countries, so you only earn 1/2 points if you name one correctly.

I know Israel is the other #14 answer.

The only one I have a problem with is #3, and given the tone of the quiz, I'd have to see proof. Do you have it?

The reason the US and Israel objected was that the text included a section on the fundamental right of all populations to self-determination.
