"In aperfect world we would all be known as the Flimpsons". That was a great episode, or the episode when Flanders build the Bible themepark.

      There are so many.

I liked the one where Moe changed his tavern into a family restaurant. The aerosmith one was also good. Also Who shot mr. burns were great episodes.

Most of my most hated ones are where the celebrity use is contrive. It's like the booked the celebrity voices and try to write a story around it. Stupid. It was great when they had aerosmith. But now all they do is concentrate on celebrity voices . Alec Baldwin and his wife were the worst. Britney Spears and n sync were also on the bottom of the list.

oh also where homer goes into witness relocation program and he couldn't get his name right . "My name is Homer"

The first few side show bob episodes were great. But I think the last two they didn't weren't so hot.

Side show bob is always great and i love the military school episode...what upsets me is like now they show like a cycle of 20 episodes and i see the Animotion one once a week...i mean honestly lets go back to the older seasons.
          I just don't know anymore.

When Lisa becomes a vegetarian..the best Troy McLure newsreel, the first (and not overly intrusive guess star) and many classic oneliners. And it has a happy, family assuring ending.

Asd for worst: the last 3 seasons combined, I would say.

Lisa the vegetarian is one of the best episodes ever

                William sisters, nsync, U2= dirt!
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

Worst ever: Oh, come oooon. There are no other options than the jockey elves episode. Well, actually there are other options, since most of the stuff since season 11 has been crap.
personally loved the jockey episode... i thought it was hilarious how they lived in a fiberglass tree and all that

Asd for worst: the last 3 seasons combined, I would say.
Most everyone i know has been dissapointed with the last few seasons, and i must agree that they are not the quality of the older ones... but to call them crap? I still think they are very entertaining (with a very few exceptions) and will be loyally watching this show to the end.

I personally haven't seen the NYC episode since September 11th, though I don't know if that's my local provider or nationwide Fox policy. Nonetheless, it is one of the funniest recent episodes I can remember. The scene when Homer recounts his past misadventures in NYC to the tune of Scott Joplin's "The Entertainer" is possibly one of the best scenes on the show, of the same caliber as Sideshow Bob stepping on all those rakes in Cape Feare.

Grimey! I just like the episodes where Homer busts out laughing for a very long time.

Oooh Oooh! I like the one with Hank Scorpio. Another episode I like is the one where Marge becomes a police officer and Homer puts that police tape around Ned Flanders house. Ned comes home, thinking his wife is dead and Homer comes out laughing.

I've really liked the past few seasons where they are totally random.

One of my favorites is the trip to Japan - "Knifa goes in, gutsa come out, that's what Osaka conglomeration is all about."

I just saw the two new ones and they were... alright. The recent episode with Sideshow Bob and Grimey's son was really good. Ooooh, and the Fantasy Rock Camp with all those kick-ass rock stars (the best part though is when they're showing the guys recording their voices).
I never know their names, But i smile just the same

My all-time favourites are probably the Monorail episode and the nuclear plant softball team one (with Daryl Strawberry and all)... Both are classics.

Also, when you guys lament the "X-Files" episode, are you talking about the one where Mr. Burns is the alien? What's wrong with that one? It is highly, highly entertaining. Anything with Leonard Nimoy is aces in my book.

Oh, and an honourable mention goes to all Moe-centric episodes or just general Moe-ments.....

"Ah, who'd'a thought a whale would be so heavy? Ah jeez, it's the feds!"

OH, and as for the last several seasons: They may be more inconsistent than the glory years, but they're far from total crap. Even this year, the Rock Star camp one was hilarious (especially Keith Richards)... And tonight's George Plimpton episode was above-par, at least in my opinion.

Another one which no one has said: When Homer becomes an executive (because of the hair gel thing that he charges to the plant ).

Krusty the father was funny as well
