NK won't attack anyone. They are raising a stink to gain attention, and it is working. Negotiations will be held (the US will not attack a foe seriously capable of striking back) and they will be bought off again.

Now, IF GWB were to make it clear that come hell or high water the regime in NK is to be changed then we would have different dynamics.
Despite David Frum's 'axis of evil' bit this is not US intention for NK (see my earlier post). The axis rhetoric was along the same lines as wanting Bin Laden 'dead or alive'.
