Once I was watching a movie in a theater, and there was this lady by my side. In the middle of the movie, her cell phone rings and she starts to talk loudly with the person who called her. I was upset, but I just threw her an anger look and tried to keep watching the movie. To my surprise, a man who was sitting behind her got so irked with the woman that he just took her phone out of her hands and threw it out. Oh the confusion! Nobody could watch the movie anymore, of course, but it was funny.
I watched you fall. I think I pushed.

Use your feet to go ask (politely if possible) the person to talk more silently. I don't do always this, but every time I tried, it never failed.
I use the same method with people who smoke in public where frobidden (and when it annoys me) ; it works as well.
