Sloww loves his team and, since they've been in the dumper the last few years, he feels a need to use his ersatz sense of "history" to proclaim them the greatest football franchise of all time. Having lived through the good and the bad in a town with some REAL sports history, I understand what he's going through.
We all have needs. Some are just a little more pathetic than others.
In the spirit of goodwill and brotherhood, I have opted to let Sloww live in his sad little fantasy world, a world where pro football didn't even start until the 60s.
