This may not help, but if it does, print it out and keep it by your bed for when you wake up in the middle of the night:

It will be OK.

The first few nights are always the hardest. And if you give in... it will be just as hard the next time, or harder. And the cycle won't end....

yes , i keep telling myself all those things.

im a forgiving , soft hearted person and i know we are all human
and make mistakes and yield to temptation sometimes
and i did forgive him before..
but there comes a time to stand your ground.
and not be soft.

i choose to be alone no matter the cost or hurt rather than disrespected.
