Best currently? If so, then Wolf and Doom should not have been used for ID, since most of the team from those games have left.

Bioware also put out the Baldur's Gate series along with Neverwinter Nights.
Interplay put out Fallout 1 and 2. I like them as well.
Microprose was the granddaddy of them all, but they no longer exist as they once were.Comment

blizzard. flat out.
warcraft 2 set the standard for RTS. starcraft took it to another level.
wc3 meshed a little RPG into a RTS, and did a fairly good job of it.

Blizzard is good. But I never liked RTS games. Diablo2 was the main reason I was big on Blizzard. But 2 games cannot comapre to Biowares 3 games I like. Interplay only had 2 I can think of right now, but I live those two more than Blizzard's two.
Microprose had the most games I liked but they no longer put out games.Comment
