Those Fins held off the Russians. They were outnumbered but they prevailed. That is true spirit. But I will remember all those who died. Russian or Fin.

Don't forget the 500,000 (?) Finns evicted from Karelia and the conquered territories.

And didn't gain too much practice from that... they pretty much lost tons in both conflicts.

Two years ago I visited the Arktikum museum in Rovaniemi Finland, a very informative history display talked about the country's problems in WW2.

In my opinion the Suomi are the purest kindest wisest folk in the world. Sorry that they along with most of the rest of the world were made to suffer in that war.

Word, Sultan. I couldn't have said that any better what so ever.

It's such a shame such nice people can be put under such suffering. Infact, Finns are one of the nicest people to get along with

Special mention goes to the battle of Suomussalmi, where Finn ski troops killed 27,000 Russians, losing only 900 in the process...

How many times should I say that I'm not Serbie?

If you need one more hint, fine- my nick properly should be typed as SerB (like JhonT f.e.)
My name is Sergei. Do you follow the logic?

Fez didn't say they lost the war, Leo. He just said they lost tons of people.
