And my guesses.... BE is Finno-Ugric (Lappish? Nenets?) and BF is a Romance-based creole.

I can narrow BE to Baltic-Finnic languages... I know it isn't Finnish, but since it seems so close to Estonian I thought it was Votian... and I'm sure it isn't Karelian either.

So I'll say BE = Livonian.
