      No at all. I wasnt even born in Israel.

        50% German (Heidelberg region)
        25% Irish (Donegal region)
        25% English (Barbados ---> England)

        Technically those numbers aren't official, because I do have a small amount of Scottish thrown in there as well with the Irish...but the Irish is dominant.

        My Maternal Grandfather's Grandparents came from the Donegal region (around Sligo)

        My Maternal Grandmother's grandparents came from Heidelberg

        My Paternal Grandfather's grandparents came from Germany (though not sure where in)

        My Paternal Grandmother's Great Grandparents lived in Barbados, and their parents came from England.

          French/Belgian (something like 1/2 to 2/3), Danish (about 1/4 to 2/5), and Irish (about 1/10 to 1/4). I take after the French/Belgian side (fairly dark skin, black hair, large jaw), while my brother takes after the Danish/Irish side (lighter skin (burns and freckles easily), light brown hair, smaller jaw). Most people who see us don't think that we're related, or else they think that we're at most cousins.

              I am a Mutt, as most people from Cnetral America, and Panama in particular are:

              I know I have French Blood (first Canal Attempt), some Spanish, and looking at my extended family, some Native American and African blood in somewhere. i may have some Macedonian, though that is just based on name evidence, but that could just as well be all from Spain.

                on the multiple choice. Now why didn't I think of that?

                It allowed me to vote for 4 of my origins. Native american, German, English, and French.

                  I'm scandinavian.

                  My grandmom (on my fathers site) had a "special" name before she married my grandpop, so I have added some german influence (second choice).

                  I have seeked the Google and the results I got confirms, that I am not totally wrong in my guess.

                  And as my familyname also is a german name - so........

                  But how many years, we have to go back before my family changed to be "pure" danish - that I do not know.

                      I m Croatian from both sides, all the way as we know since mine were simple peasant folk. But they never really took any records so I could have mixtures of everything.
