    That's right, Sava.

Perhaps if you didn't post blatant lies, no one would correct you, da? Consider that next time.

You didn't have a clue what you were talking about, I corrected you with the truth. I couldn't care less who the hell you insult, since you can't do it worth a damn anyway, but I do think it's wrong for you to misinform everyone because you're an ignorant ass who's high on himself.

          Okay, simmer down y'all...

Back to topic. Suppose I need an e-mail client. Just that. So I install Outlook and what do I get? Something with an Agenda, a Taskmanager and a lot more I didn't ask for. Bloatware...

I install Eudora and what do I get? an e-mail client. Nuff said methinks...

Why would you install Outlook if you just needed an e-mail client?

What do you think Outlook Express is for?

I use Outlook Express for mail and news. Does the job well and requires no extra download.

That's not the point. The point is you said Outlook is perfect. So I am asking you a few questions to see what it cannot do.

                    Your responses are so predictable.

First of all, we here have already established that you are an MS zombie defender. Or apologist if you prefer. So I understand your desperate need to try to label others, but so far, you are failing miserably. Billg is going to be displeased.

Secondly, without answering my questions, you made some pretty big blanket generalisations.

So, we are back to square one, waiting for your answers.

                      Why?
Because my outlook never downloads .vbs and the like, and Norton Antivirus 2003 is plugged in and scans all emails before Outlook even gets to them.
Golly gee, you are a laugh a minute.

Do you realise that no matter what antivirus program you use, you can't catch new viruses? Ah, what a brilliant display of knowledge we have here. :vcool:

I am not surprised that you'd settle for the mediocre. If it's MS, mediocre = great... for you.

Perhaps it's because it's a stupid question? It's like asking what kind of documents you can write with MS Word...

That's not the point. The point is you said Outlook is perfect. So I am asking you a few questions to see what it cannot do.
Wait wait wait -- I don't remember saying Outlook is perfect. It's not perfect, it's just the best choice for my needs from what I've seen and tried.

First of all, we here have already established that you are an MS zombie defender. Or apologist if you prefer. So I understand your desperate need to try to label others, but so far, you are failing miserably. Billg is going to be displeased.
UR, don't you get tired of rehashing the same ****? You've made it clear you don't have a clue how to use Outlook, or even what it does, but you still called it crap. Then you have the balls to call me an "MS zombie defender"? Whatever, man, I'm sure you're such a big man in your eyes.

Golly gee, you are a laugh a minute.

I've been using outlook for many years and never had it happen. Why do you suppose that is? I only open email attachments where I know what they are. I've got Outlook set so it doesn't run any scripting.

Why don't you think about things before you post them, UR? You look like a total freakin' moron as you desperately try to slam MS about a product you've clearly never used much.

I don't know if you don't think I'll notice, but I've noticed how you asked extremely general questions and then ignored most of my answers, took a couple of my general answers and then cried that I didn't answer the questions.

Here's an idea: Why don't you use Outlook for a while and figure it out for yourself? You're the one, after all, who branded it as "crap" and then clearly showed you have no idea about its features. The onus is on you to tell me what it can't do, I'm not going to sit here listing what it can do because so far it DOES do everything you've listed. You either don't believe me or you're trying to cop-out with stupid veiled insults with Sava massaging your back and cheering you on.

I'm not buying it, and I don't think you're nearly as bright about it as you think you are.

For future reference, "boi" is a spelling used almost exclusively by the gay community.

I particularly enjoyed your comment about the "ignorance" that is MS, considering in this thread it's clear both you and UR have been nothing but ignorant and MS employs thousands of PhDs.

the company has no business ethics whatsoever... I don't really care which internet browser or mail prog I use... to me, its all the same... despite their good software MS is evil... and as much as you beat off to your Outlook, it won't change that fact
