Clinton. Corrupt to hell. At least other presidents did a better job covering up fund raising scandals.
          Like Bush you mean? **cough**Enron**cough**

As do I. Truman languished over the thought of using nuclear weapons, but it was a wise choice in the end.

We killed more people firebombing tokyo than we did at Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

yah but Kennedy wasn't around to mark, and Johnson escalated Vietnam tremendously, as well as brought back the draft, (IIRC) the worst part about Vietnam.

Though I can't stand Bush, I think he shouldn't be an option here. He's got still time to do something to be remembered as great president

I have to ask why Mr. Star Wars didn't make the cut...
"The world is too small in Vorarlberg". Austrian ex-vice-chancellor Hubert Gorbach in a letter to Alistar [sic] Darling, looking for a job...
"Let me break this down for you, fresh from algebra II. A 95% chance to win 5 times means a (95*5) chance to win = 475% chance to win." Wiglaf, Court jester or hayseed, you judge.

I think Reagan should be up there as well. Most definitely.

That is correct. Unfortunately there were far worst presidents.

He was also hypocritical with his 14 points for the League of Nations. Sovreignty would apply to all European countries, but not their colonies, since the "little brown brothers" needed European paternal guidance.
Well I would agree and disagree. Some of the 14 points were the foundations of the UN.

He also helped further mythologize the history of Reconstruction that occured after the Civil War, in ways that would perpetuate Jim Crow laws in the 20th century.
Reconstruction ended after the 1876 elections. I have already put Rutherford B. Hayes on the list. "Separate but equal clause" was decided in 1896 in the case Plessy v. Ferguason when Grover Cleland was in office. So Cleland was the first president that could of stopped the "Separate but equal," Clause but did not.

For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)

Truman nuked the dirty Japs because they attacked us first without any provocation- kinda like the sniper now. They were unstable and had mental issues, and it took a nuke to straighten them up. A lot of people were killed, sure, but it taught the rest of Japan a priceless lesson- don't mess with the US!

FDR was a pansy who didn't get us into WWII early enough, until he was forced to by Pearl Harbor.
                                Wrestling is real!
