  • They died because of famine. Any evidence that it was artificialy created by Russian army?
About two millions of civilians died during Vietnam war, because of Napalm bombardments, chemical and biological warfare. The modern population of Vietnam still suffering from what you done decades ago.
    Your turn.

It was created by the policies of the Russian government. Look it up.

You mined almost every square inch of Afghanistan in your attempt to subdue the country. These mines are still killing and maiming people to this day. Your move.

Evidence. How anyone can artificialy create a famine? Shaman songs? Sorcery? Magic?

The remaining square inches are mined with American mines, placed by Madjaheden.

1999. Bombardments of Yougoslavia. Thosands civilians dead. Ecological disaster almost compareable with Chernobyl. Use of ammunition with depleted uranium. Detruction of chemical plants and leaks of poisonous material to water and ground.

        Your turn.
Sorry, I'll have to leave soon.

          • Fact? How Hussein is threaten to USA? Did he killed a single US citizen? This concept- "let's destroy them now, untill he attacked us" could justify any agression.
Indeed it can, and indeed it will justify any action against Iraq. Im not gonna sit here, and wait for saddam to develop a couple of nukes, and give one to terrorists to do with what they will, and keep the other to shield his actions, threatening to use it if he is ever bombarded again or something. Im not gonnna wait for Saddam to be responsible for the deaths of potentially 100,000s of thousands, maybe not directly, but perhaps through terrorists that he supplies nukes or materials or information to.

In 1939 Stalin attacked Finland, because he beleive that Finland is deadly threat to SU. And this consider as aggression vs. independant country.

You would probably argue this point all day long (i dunno why you would even try to defend Stalin...) but Stalins attack on Finland was a blatant act of expansionism. He only wanted to aquire finland to the SU and use this 'threat' crap as an excuse. How would an invasion of iraq further American interests, other than protecting ourselves from a threat? Oil? Bull****, Iraq already willingly supplies us with all the oil we want through the oil-for-trade dealy. Most of Iraqs money from export is made from oil. Ijust wanted to undercut that one, cause I knew you would bring up oil (you have earlier and havent seemed to given it up).

But, untill recently you constantly preassured on us because of Chechnya.
I remember reading about this in the newspaper alot. I dunno what your news source is, but although the US official stance was condemning the Russians (though many Americans, perhaps even the majority were either indifferent, or like me, supported the Russians all the way), they put little more than superficial pressure on them to stop. The pressure that our state department put on you is comparable to the pressure they put on Israel, after retaliating against a suicide bomb attack or something.
They destroyed several department buildings in Russian cities including our capital and killed hundreds of peacefully sleeping civilians, including children of course, they stole thousands of our citizens and used them as slaves, they stole thousands of our citizens and foreign citizens for kidnaping, they took our citizens to hostages, including pregent wemens and children, they made a lot of terrorist acts, exploded a lot of bombs on markets, squres, undeground passages etc. and killed a lot of people, they established fundamental Vahhabite state, absolutely the same as Afghanistan under Taliban for 3 years Chechnya was place of chaos and misery, and finally, they invaded Dagestan- they ATTACKED US, we have no choice but to defend ourselves.
Well, I dunno much of the background on the whole chechyn conflict, but Im am quite sure that if Russia could have forseen these attrocities coming, they would of struck the chechyns before they could get a chance to do any of those things. We dont want saddam to be responsible for any of this. Can you blame us for wanting to protect ourselves before any harm, like what was done to Russia but potentially worse, can befall us?

Not from Americans, maybe you mean the untold numbers ethnically clensed by Serbia. And anyway, the former Yugoslavia mess was a NATO action, not unilateral American one. Any mistakes made there fall equally on the shoulders of Europe.

Have you ever bothered to crack open a book dealing with either Russian history or the history of the eventual masters of Siberia, the Chinese?

You are using "war over terrorism" crap as an excuse for attack on Iraq. You have no evidence that Iraq is connected with Al Queda or any other terrorist organisation, you have no evidence that Iraq is planing something against US. You just want to conquer it and remove its president. And I'm not defending Stalin, just saying that its the same crap about protection from the threat. In 1939 Stalin beleive that Hitler will use Finland as bridgehead for attacking SU. The Russian-Finnish frontier was only 32 km north of Leningrad. He offered to land exchange to Finland in attempt to remove frontier a bit far from our Northern capital. The proposal was refused and he started the war. You call it agression and expansionism, because there is no way that small Finland could be a threat for SU.(but actually in 1941 Germans moved on Leningrad from Finland as Stalin predicted, but frontier was already moved from 32 to 250 km), but when the most powerfull country of modern World attacking small and devastated Iraq (who is occasionly have one of world's largest stockpiles of oil) you call it self defense, but not an agression or American imperialism.

Not so willingly. Not so long ago Iraq frozen oil export for short period of time. The result was jump of oil's price. You need your lackey, a puppet in Iraq. A puppet who will obey to you 100%. This is the reason.

                          • I've read another report which said Nidal was killed for his links to anti-Hussein guerillas based in Syria. He was killed just after returning from a meeting with them.

Ok, the same token, but much greater scale:

"During the Gulf War, coalition forces bombed Iraq's eight multi-purpose dams, destroying flood control systems, irrigation, municipal and industrial water storage, and hydroelectric power. Major pumping
stations were targeted, and municipal water and sewage facilities were destroyed.

Article 54 of the Geneva Convention prohibits attacks on "drinking water installations and supplies and irrigation works." Nagy says that not only did the United States deliberately destroy drinking water and sanitation facilities, it knew sanctions would
prevent Iraq from rebuilding, and that epidemics would ensue."

No matter what you will say DD, I will always bring response about alike American war crimes. Do you know why?
Try Google.com. On my request "Russian war crimes" search engine gave me 100 links out of aproximate 231 000. When I typed "American war crimes" it gave me 100 out of 537 000. It's more then twice. So you should better shut up about vaccum bombs next time. You have no right to judge us, because you are criminals also, and perhaps more terrible criminals.

I find it hard to believe that he had been living in Baghdad, of all places, for as long as he did if he was working with anti-Hussein guerillas.
