One of many new-age theories...
Of Time and the Pyramids
There is now mounting evidence that the Giza pyramids are much older than the Fourth Dynasty, and that instead of having developed out of earlier primitive pyramids, they were actually the prototypes of the later pyramids, which were really pale imitations. They were clearly never used as tombs, and the technology displayed in their construction was much too advanced for the era of Khufu, about 2600 B.C., but very probably existed in the time of the gods.
Sitchin points out that the most convincing piece of evidence that Khufu did not build the Giza monuments is the so-called Inventory Stela found in the Temple of Isis near the Great Pyramid. The inscription by Khufu makes reference to the pyramid and Sphinx as already standing. And in The Stairway to Heaven Sitchin makes a very convincing case for the fact that the red paint quarry marks referring to Khufu, discovered in 1837 in the sealed chambers over the King's Chamber, were forgeries. The Great Pyramid was built perfectly level and perfectly aligned with the four directions of the compass, with each side at a precise angle of 54 degrees. Says Sitchin, The wonderment only increases as one realizes the interior complexities and precision of the galleries, corridors, chambers, shafts and openings...the locking and plugging systems ... all in perfect alignment with each other... Consider what primitive equipment and tools were available in that period. The Egyptians of that era did not have knowledge of the pulley, or block and tackle. All they had were wooden rollers and levers, and wood was at a premium in the desert. Consider also the immense difficulty of transporting those 2.3 million 200-ton stones from the quarry all the way down the Nile at Aswan. If they cut, moved and placed ten stones per day, it would have taken 632 years to completion. The Great Pyramid still remains the largest stone structure in the world, and probably could not be duplicated today. But for the Anunnaki, it was probably not such a difficult feat. Ra's father, Ptah or Enki, was known as an engineering genius, and Ra is said to have enlisted the assistance of Thoth, the Egyptian god of sciences and of magical powers. This suggests that the Anunnaki might have had the ability to move the massive stones around without benefit of manpower.

What about the pyramids in South America? Are they more or less technologically advanced than the Egyptian ones? Were gods involved in their construction?(\__/) 07/07/1937 - Never forget

South America
The South (and Central) American Structures are smaller and simpler. Still very impressive. Perhaps, moving Large Stone blocks through jungle is even harder than moving it through desert.“It is no use trying to 'see through' first principles. If you see through everything, then everything is transparent. But a wholly transparent world is an invisible world. To 'see through' all things is the same as not to see.”

What about this one:
Welcome to this special episode of the Sceptic with C.J. Hopkins, playwright, novelist and political satirist. C.J. Hopkins has long written about authoritarianism lurking in Western societies. Now, as if to prove him right, he’s being persecuted by the German authorities for doing just that. In 2022, he criticised German government Covid measures by tweeting an image of a Swastika on a Covid [...]

Can't be much simpler than four flat sides.
They took much longer to build though. Most if not all have smaller older pyramids within them. They would be enlarged upon occasion over generations.

In 1995, a group of scients and archeologists built a replica(1/10 of the original size) of the great pyramid in three weeks, using 2 few hundred Egyptian volunteers and no modern tools. The original pyramid was built by an estimated 20,000 people and in a 20 years time frame.
Egyptians didn't build their pyramids overnight. Failed pyramids actually dotted the Egyptian landscape. The first one was built almost 500 years before the Great one, and it was a step pyramid. The first non-step pyramid was the "bent" pyramid. It got this name because its slope was abruptly changed from 60 degree to less than 45 degree. It was obvious that Engineers noticed their mistakes and make the correction just in time.
Later pyramid building stopped around 2100BC, not because Aliens went, but because whole Egypt fell into a major social upheaval. Heh, even Romans didn't build anything impressive for a long time after Rome got sacked. Pyramids, the symbol of Pharao's power and their tombs, were ruthlessly pillaged during that period. That could be the reason why later Pharaos didn't build their tombs on the surface anymore.
American pyramids were totally different animals than Egyptian ones. Not were they from vastly different time, so did their intented purpose. The Teotihuacan pyramid was built around 500AD, and most Mayan monuments originated between 600 and 800AD, almost 3000 years after the Great Pyramids! American pyramids didn't spring overnight out of nowhere either, but also had a learning process that stretched for centuries. Archeological evidence showed that they started as simple raised platforms and got taller and taller later on. In Quatemalan jungle, there is an ancient structure resembling something between a raised platform and a fully built pyramid. It is an example of those "learning" pyramids.

I think that one important thing to remember is that some of these massive construction projects took place over many generations and could take over a century to build; look at some of the cathedrals in the world and how long they took to construct. Nowadays we want construction done in much shorter periods of time, but imagine what we could construct given our modern technology if we had 100 years to spend on it, excluding design? Forget the pyramids...Speaking of Erith:

Some british dude got fed up with all the 'the circumference of the third stone multiplied by the number of public lavatories in Cairo exactly equals the distance to the 19'th closest star therefore the pyramids must be built by aliens'.
But instead of *****ing about it, he wrote a computer porgram. On one end he fed loads and loads of astronomical and geological constants (such speed of light, distance to the moon, circumference of the earth etc etc). In the other side he fed every measurement he could think of regarding the Nelsons Column on Trafalgar Square. The he let the program find correlations.
The conclusion was unmistakable: Nelsons Column had to have been built by aliens. Multiplying the base length with the column height was exactly equal to the square root of the earths radius dividided by 1,000,000 (or something along those lines) etc etc... He stopped the program after it had found over a thousand correlations.
I wish I could remember his name though...Gnu Ex Machina - the Gnu in the Machine
