the discussion is about death penalty and the US

the topic is set by the thread starter not by anyone else

I don't see anyone from America saying "Wow, Turkey has done this. Turkey is always right. We shall do this to. Who cares Turkey only did it to get into the EU? Hey, maybe WE should get into the EU! Turkey did it!".
i dont think there are any americans that simple-minded. i dont ask for such a thing

i think Asher sees "trolls" evenwhen trolls dont exist then.

must be an esoteric urge to defend his masters...(the ones they call him stupid, of course)

      stockholm syndrome anyone?

I would suggest you stop being so obsessed with America's domestic politics, it's borderline pathetic that a Greek student continually makes topics trolling America.

Makes someone wonder just how much of an inferiority complex someone has!

i dont think there are any americans that simple-minded.
          This is tempting quote material.

The only people holding me hostage is the Canadian Federal Government, and I hate them with a passion.

And if you don't think this is a troll, well...I think that speaks for itself.

if you see wrong in people around the (more unified every day) world discussing about the policies of the world's superpower, whose actions affect everyone, then how would you characterize the need of a canadian to "defend" the US?

Please explain how the US' policies on capital punishment affect everyone.

                  Thanks in advance,

It is human nature I guess.

So you feel the need to protect the life of someone who murders many people?

What do you say to the people's families of those he killed? "I'm sorry, but this man deserves to watch Seinfeld in his cell for the rest of his life. He doesn't even need to have a job anymore!"

again you take my statement one issue and apply it to another. you ought to know that this isnt logical

even so, the fact the US refuses to follow the rest of the world on something that is considered as not even needing a second thought, is showing something on how the US sees things....

I think it is more about human nature to whine about whoever is in power in whatever way possible.

Marky...your statement was regarding the reasons for this thread.
I then apply it to this thread, since that's what you were providing the reason for, and suddenly I'm doing something illogical?

even so, the fact the US refuses to follow the rest of the world on something that is considered as not even needing a second thought, is showing something on how the US sees things....
That's right, it's showing that the US doesn't give a damn what Turkey does.

So remind me about the point of this thread, if not a simpleminded troll.
