With all the focus on Iraq lately, I think people should be reminded that far greater danger is quietly "stockpiling" power.

That's Bushar.
Now, for the facts :
1) Before OBL's phenomenal 'success' in Sept 11, Iran was the world's leading exporter of terrorism.
Groups based in Iran and funded by the Irani goverment were responsible for both local and international terror attacks. The Hizballah and the Islamic Jihad(and partially Hamas) are getting support from there and recognized as terror groups by the US. The Hizballah is an organization with "global reach", as proven in the Buenos Aires attacks which were directly sponsored by Iran.
2) For 20 years the Iranis were promoting US hatred around the world, vowing to destroy it. Iran is also ruled by a radical fundamentalist goverment. They look moderate concerning religious issues, but as far as the US, Israel or nuclear weapons are concerned they are hardcore fanatics.
3) Iran, with the help of Russia, develops nuclear weapons. The Bushar reactor should be ready in couple years and operational a while later.
4) The next generation of Irani missiles should be able to reach large parts of Europe.
So, from the American point of view, Iran should be much more of a threat than the half ruined Iraq with it's psychopatic leader.
The US cant attack Iran, in a sense of a large scale invasion or whatever because it lacks a casus belli, but what about the nuclear reactor?
Politically, assuming the administration wants it, can the US alone or together with Israel do something about it? What's the opinion of the Senate, the Congress etc, concerning Iran?
When Europe is going to pull it's head out of the sand and realize that they are threatened?
