Well, seeing as I'm in your timezone that could be a goer! Anyone got a bootlegged copy, or know where I can buy one?

I'll show you Aussies a thing or two...
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

Civ 2 is regularly available at Electronic Boutique and other big game retailers, but sometimes as part of a package of civ games.

You can also pick up a copy cheap at the resellers like Sonic Records and other games exchange places but you have to shop around and it would be better to ring first.

From where you are I'd say Bondi Junction or the Pitt/George Street shopping areas would be your best bet. There's also Paddy's market at Haymarket, which you should visit anyway for the tourist factor.

Have people managed to get CTP I and II to work as a multiplayer game? I thought CTP II kept crashing when played online.

And shoplifting isn't a crime in this country. We promise.

How could it be? We got rid of our shoplifters when we shipped 'em out here...

Yeah, Paddy's is an interesting place - we go there for our Veggies and Fish sometimes...

Any one of about 15,000,000 plants that like morning sun.

I saw civ2 in a box with civ and TOT for $39 in Big W today.

Come on, Hydey, MOBIUS is going to toddle off to a nursery and be none the wiser. Name at least 14,000,000 of them for him.

OTOH, he'll probably filch the one from the balcony above him.

Don't forget to ask him if he eats fruit and vegetables.

No such problems are anticipated. Though I have declared anything even remotely offal-related to be completely and utterly out of the question.

Thats not the Multi-player version though. At least not in WA...

On-topic: Is there any way to resurrect a fern from the dead? I left it on the balcony in full sunlight for a couple of weeks.
In my defense it didn't come with an instruction manual.

Far be it from me to pre-empt Hydey, but how dead is it? D-E-A-D? Or just poorly?

Editorial aside: stupid Kiwis who can't even grow their own floral symbol!

Well, it was an Australian fern.

Its about 5% green-tinged, 95% crispy brown (excuse the highly technical jargon please) so I think that counts as pretty much dead.

It might come back if you take it out of the sun and put it in a shady spot. Ferns are pretty hardy.
