well, now that I've finally gotten back to the computer I can finally check up, and I have to say what I've read is pretty interesting/entertaining stuff. First of all, I've always believed that things should come naturally. I always hate it when people even suggest "setting people up" it just kinda seems a bit off to me…
Anyways… I'll see her eventually, perhaps tomorrow I'll duck in. Maybe I'll even give her a phone call tonight.

Oh, matters of the heart, interesting aren't they?
Sometimes I can feel stuff, desire and longing, only when I read some of this stuff, but the rest of the time I tend to have a very tight reign on my emotions regarding love and sex. However being expressive about it, or coming across a woman who I would be able to have some kind of relationship with seems incredibly distant and, well, 'out of my hands', pardon the pun

Well it is nothing but a biochemical response. maybe you shouldn't
instead try to emphasize that part (you are not doing PHD work so yoiu cannot say that you are busy for an excuse)
also, most women don't like the talk of chemicals (I think)
