No it doesn't. The Indonesians didn't leave out of the kindness of their hearts, and the Israelis have never suffered the same losses the Timorese did. The Jews as a whole have, of course, but so far as I see it that isn't sufficient justification for preferential treatment to Jews from, say, the US or UK. If they want to provide a safe haven for Jewish political refugees, then that's fine. If it's just that they're in the business of maintaining the dominance of one ethnic group over another, then it's racist, pure and simple.

It's racist in nature. The Israelis say that no non-Jews can own land in Israel. They may be Israeli citizens, they may have enough money, but they still aren't allowed to buy land? Why? Cause they aren't Jewish.

Isn't this exactly what South Africa did under apartheid? Or Germany under nazism? Or Yugoslavia under Milosevic? Or present day Zimbabwe under Mugabe?
