In this case though they are actively looking at this obviously dedecated man. Personally I think she is a nut case. She started the fire, killed people and now should be convicted. Drop all the bs about the man crap.

Why does the legal system see fit to punish mistakes? She's only lying because she's trying to get out of an unfair punishment.

So she screwed up. We all do. Did it have drastic consequences? Yes. But that doesn't mean she should be punished.

Ron, I think he has a right to express his opinion on the matter. His divorce may have formed his point of view on the subject , But his points aren't being less valid because of that. Not that I am saying he's always right on these issues, but he is not automatically incorrect , because of his personal experience.
