        as I've already said it to Sixchan, as long as one's being 'utilitarian' about the way for perfect society , I have no problem with it . However ,if he's getting any power , I'll be the guy with the sniper rifle, assassinating you, Sixchan .

          I don't think that any type of leftist ideology will have any success in the US. At least not for some time, and not if you look at the childish way it's being looked upon by a large segment of the population over there.

                        I was thinking about the 1st, 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments in particular.

                        Here they are

                        Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

                        Amendment IV

                        The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.


                        Amendment V

                        No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.


                        Amendment VI

                        Amendment XIV

                          I can be convinced the other way, but considering that I was once an Idealistic Communist with all the 'freedom to the masses', 'nothing to lose but your chains' and such, and also ferociously Anti-American that it took a VERY good argument and lots of personal experience to change me, and to change me back, though not impossible, would be difficult because I see what was wrong with my viewpoint back then.

                          Ever read Plato's book, 'The Republic'? The Fascism I want is something quite similar, and have coined the term 'Sunetocracy' (meaning Intelligent Power). If you want, I could dig up my social system proposal, but if not, I don't want to bore you.

                            Leninism = EVIL

                            Stalinism = EVIL

                            Trotskyism = EVIL

                            Maoism = EVIL

                            Taistoism = EVIL

                            Liberation Theology = EVIL

                            Nazism(actually a form of communism because it's national socialism) = EVIL


                            As you can see, all forms of communism are basically the same.

                                Shi, I tend to agree, except on part where Nazism is Communism. Nazism was an ideology mainly based on racism, nationalism and expansionism, with economic policies being what Hitler saw as beneficial (I remember seeing a Hitler quote saying that if socialism worked best, they'd use socialism, and if capitalism worked best, they'd use capitalism) to Germany Nazi party, especially as to how to keep it in power.
