Ote jonkun inkoolaisen kunnallisvalittajan vastineesta Inkoon kunnanhallituksen lausuntoon , jossa sattumoisin on selvitys tällaisesta:
"...viittaan Kotimaisten kielten tutkimuskeskuksen kielenhuollon toteamukseen:
Vokaalisointu on suomen kielen erikoisuus. Sen johdosta samassa yhdistämättömässä sanassa ei voi olla sekä takavokaaleja (a, o, u) että etuvokaaleja (ä, ö, y). Poikkeuksia ovat vierassanat sekä sana tällainen, joka on syntynyt kahdesta osasta: tämän lainen."
Inkoon kunnan asioista en tiedä yhtään mitään, mutta vokaalisointulausunto lienee yleispätevä Inkoon ulkopuolellakin. Piste aaglolle.Comment
