Ming, I don't disagree with anything you are saying. In fact, your statements are in agreement with what I'm saying.

I guess my point is, nobody knows what God wants or what he judges.

For all we know God is a homosexual flamer that admits you to heaven on the basis of d1ck size.

Everything we're told comes down to the word of someone thousands of years ago. Just like the heaven's gate people relied on the word of their leaders...

Actually I think it is impossible to do so.

You can proof that they are not scientifically likely, but not wrong.

I thought it was pretty funny. There's as much reason to believe in UFOs as there is to believe in the Biblical image of God.

But the difference is, you are calling people who believe in religion many different names and insults.

              I'm not

People will believe what they want to. I say, let them.
That doesn't make them stupid or ignorant.

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with him forever. --1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

I take in different religions, and judge based upon my intellegence and expereince which one I want to beleive in.

I am sorry, but I do not beleive in Asherism (but feel free to temm me more).

The Bible was obviously written by the oppresive male, then.

I don't see why God would have a sex.

The Bible refers to God as a he because that was the metaphors and similes which were being used to reveal God to us and the people of the time (which were patriachal).

I only insult as a defensive mechanism because I believe that my freedoms are in jeopardy because of these people. You're right, people can believe whatever they want. But, that includes my belief that they are stupid.

And plus, most people know better than to not listen to me anyways.

                          Care to explain why??

So far you have only talked about problems with things which are not part of Christianity at all (or at least not as I practise it).

                            It is quite easy actually.

For example, some religions say love is required in some way. What about those who are unable to love for reasons that they have no control over? They just can't be considered human then. This opens up many flaws.

Asher is right... oppresive male, etc...

God is devoid of gender. Gender and sexuality is biological. God is not biological.

And plus, it's just habit to refer to God as he. "It" doesn't sound right, and I won't say "God" all the time because I believe in pronouns.

The Bible still refers to God as a He, so to me He is a He.
