You continue to treat this as if it is our constitution Imran. In case you have forgotten, It isn't. The constitution is changed by our respresentatives either on national and state level. A little different from what you want.

It is A Constitution, and all constitutions have an amendment mechanism. Even the UN does. So stop treating it like our Constitution is someone special comparatively. Stop trying to say our Constiution has no parellels with this, because it does, very much so. The Rome Statute is amended by 2/3rd of the Assembly of States Party to the agreement, those are your represenatives.

The only two problems with how Calley was treated was that he was made the patsy and that he was then pardoned. He shoulda served that time, and there should have been superiors and subordinates serving along with him.

It says that the UK, France and Germany are covered by the bilateral agreements. Australia and the US have not ratified the ICC treaty.
