Anyway Imran, whenever you join a party you will be compromising some of your ideals and accepting that they will promote some ideas that you don't like- but you join them because you support them overall. If you think the GOP has gottent to the point where it's not promoting any positive, or at least to the point that they are not significantly better then the Dems, then I guess you can leave.
