This is similar to a corporation that buys a peice of land and is now the owner of the land. But who owns the corporation? The shareholders. Alberta is the corporation. Canadians are the shareholders.




So basically you're saying Canada owns Alberta, therefore what Alberta owns Canada owns?
Try that in practice, Tingkai, I dare you.
It may work like that theoretically, but not in the real world.
And your analogy doesn't work. Albertans are the shareholders, since they have say in how things work.
