You seem to be playing down the impact of the destruction of the WTC by pointing out that people are now able to sell Sept 11 T-shirts and caps. Do you really think this makes up for the loss in the slightest? Unbelievable.

Of course it doesn't. But the US is not the only nation to have experienced such loss.

The African people experience huge suffering, the article seems wrong. I have never said the deaths of those in Sept 11 where anything other than tragic, but it shouldn't make any difference what nationality they are.

Thats the sentiment that I would like to take from this. In the back of my head I have a little voice saying "some wiley old chief has worked out how much benefit could be draw from the US good will that it will create" but I shove that cynical cr@p back, because I am sure that they meant it the way most of the poster have said.
