        • Just seeing who's more likely to support the Israelis.

Everyone seems to be more libertarian than authoritarian right now. But theres some really right thinkers here. Not anything bad, just a comment.

Interesting test, but flawed in design.

EDIT: The good people at the CBC are palestinian terrorists too...

I get annoyed with stuff like this. The Toronto Jewish Film Festival pulls the airing of a documentary about Sharon's involvement in the Shatila massacre because of political reasons?

In a letter, the Israeli ambassador to Canada accused the CBC of engaging in a journalistic "farce" by airing the BBC documentary "The Accused", and refused to take part in the followup debate regarding the documentary.

They also dredged up some idiot in Tel Aviv called Uri Dan, who accused the BBC of producing, in "The Accused", a "dangerous piece of anti-semitic propaganda [posing as] a supposed documentary". This is interesting, given that it took almost all of its facts from the report put out by an Israeli board of inquiry...

This was almost as amusing as Arafat telling CNN to "be quiet, be quiet, you are talking to General Arafat".

                            • Did you listen to the former Ambassador from Canada to Israel?

Perhaps the guy they dug up from Israel speaks volumes about the CBC's agenda in this. Could you imagine a worse spokesman for Sharon? The guy was a disaster waiting to happen.

                              • Why? Like you said, the former Canadian ambassador to Israel was very reasonable, and was on the Israeli side.

Plus, Israel's official reaction to this was laughable too. At first I thought it was a response from some low-level functionary, but it was signed by the ambassador himself.

Also, it appears that this Uri character is in Sharon's inner circle. He's as close to the horse's mouth as they're going to get...

If you want, wait till tomorrow; they're doing an all-Israeli ensemble...
