Taiwan's *cough*democracy*cough*
Just in case you don't know, yesterday the Bureau of National Security in Taiwan went into the office of a weekly magazine and impounded 160,000 copies of the current issue.
The problem is the magazine was about to expose some of the wrongdoings of former president Lee Teng-fai, including the establishment of an illegal slush fund through (again) illegal means. This fund is to buy friends among other things.
The bigger problem is this fund was passed into the charge of president Chan Sui-bien.
Looks like they are trying to suppress a Watergate-sque political scandal.
