Also hiding a nuclear silo in it from rumors I heard.
For there is [another] kind of violence, slower but just as deadly, destructive as the shot or the bomb in the night. This is the violence of institutions -- indifference, inaction, and decay. This is the violence that afflicts the poor, that poisons relations between men because their skin has different colors. - Bobby Kennedy (Mindless Menance of Violence)

I highly doubt that Saddam has nukes. And I highly doubt that even he would hide one in that city.

          My favorite? Limerick, in Ireland.
          My second favorite? New York.

For a more complete lise, lemme just go hit F11, or go to the world menu, and pull up the top five cities chart...
It looks like the top five are:
London, Washington, New York, Hastings, Boston.

This is with me as the English, and having taken over America.

Most beautiful city I have ever seen is Vancouver, bar none.

As a city, Anchorage is crap, but its setting is absolutely awe-inspiring.

Barcelona isn't bad, Gaudi (sp!) is amazing and mopeds are cute and Granada deserves to be listed just because of the Alhambra...

              Middletown is more

I don't think Prague is the most beautiful. But it's my favorite.

                  Washington is quite nice.

After considering all the factors, I guess I haven't seen enough of the world to judge. I've never been to Asia or Africa.
I came upon a barroom full of bad Salon pictures in which men with hats on the backs of their heads were wolfing food from a counter. It was the institution of the "free lunch" I had struck. You paid for a drink and got as much as you wanted to eat. For something less than a rupee a day a man can feed himself sumptuously in San Francisco, even though he be a bankrupt. Remember this if ever you are stranded in these parts. ~ Rudyard Kipling, 1891

Those pictures don't do her justice, however.

Yup, nothing more beautiful than the addicts and drunks puking their guts out on East Hastings.

But, the skyline view is fantastic.

I heard once that during the Persian Gulf war, Saddam was hiding weapons in the ruins of Ur and that the USA bombed the ruins.

                        Is it true?

                          Swansea, hands down...........

Honestly, I would have to say Montreal. I really can't tell you why, I just get all warm and fuzzy thinkin' 'bout that place.

I really have no idea, as I have never left my home country -Australia- but from photos I can safely say that Paris is pretty nice, as is my hometown, Townsville
