I believe that the largest Luftwaffe base population of pilots is at a facility in Arizona, at least that was the statistic years ago. better wether for flight training operations there.

Yes, and at the same time both would agree with me that the ultimate source of power is public opinion. Which is currently shifting against the US very fast, kudos to George Bush.
