I couldn't help but notice that almost all of the icon labels are in English, even for non-native speakers.

Do your applications only run in English?
Can the applications be converted to your native language, but you just did not bother to?
Didn't bother to change the icon labels?
None of this all matters because we are all global anyway??

I prefer not to run a Dutch OS, because I got an English version Office 2000 from the university.
If you combine an English version of Office with a Dutch version of Windows, you get a very f*cked up piece of Windows

Besides, most other applications available are primarily in English, and I have no problems with that.

It's impossible to load a picture right now. Either that, or I haven't shrunken it down enough. this is ridiculus!

hmm, well, I can't shrink it down enough. MS Paint won't give me a smaller pallete to paste the shrunken picture onto. =(

Edit: Alright, how many pixels by pixels should I make this in Photoshop?

Surely, I'm not the only one on this Civilization website who actually has a Civilization desktop?

(note how everything on my desktop is also directly or indirectly related to civ - addicted, me? nah... what gives you that idea? )
