Why don't we all hope this ten year old kid eventually blows himself up with explosives before he gets much older?

RCMP in St. Albert, a bedroom community north of Edmonton, issued a news release saying the dog "in fact died as a result of accidentally falling from the play structure while the leash was still on." They said they considered their investigation into the matter closed. Earlier reports of the boy's dog being hanged by bullies on a school playground had prompted people across North America to offer rewards to help find the culprits.

The kid's a liar, after all, who doesn't even have the balls to confess to his own stupidity. And, what's worse, he blames it on others and misleads thousands of people. Age and immaturity were ruled out as factors by you earlier for the "supected teens", so I guess that's no longer relevant regarding the kid either.

Lying, fraud (the false reward fund), and stupidity (can't even keep a damn dog alive at the playground). Why, by your outrageous standard posted above (a dog has more values and worth than a few disturbed teens), should this kid not be brutally murdered and removed from the gene pool? Or at least arrested?

Now that the real story stands, suppose the kid goes a step further in confessing he meant to kill the dog. Since he's quickly diagnosed as a junior sociopath, does he get the death penalty?

See I can understand a 10 year old doing what this one did. He had no idea how it would snowball, and got caught in a lie that was originally told to cover up his own massive guilt. Those "teens" were kids too, asher, that's the point. It's sick to say three or four years is the difference between life and death in an incident like this.

No, those teens were teens. They've begun real cognitive development. And the difference here is the teens allegedly intentionally did this, while the 10 year old kid did it by accident.

I guess it's not really fair to say that, though. You seriously have the cognitive ability of a 10 year old yourself, so maybe those teens were also just like this kid as well.

The amazing thing is I can find myself killing these kids that did this. Right now I have homicidal urges. This is not good.

I actually find hurting dogs a worse crime than humans. Humans have the ability to defend themselve. But because of the domestication of dogs, they trust humans. Humans abuse that trust and hurt dogs. I feel that humans have a responsiblity to animals that are domesticated. It is because of us, the animals have lost their distrust for humans. And we abuse this.
