I think some of those in MGmt. have a few personal issues that make them entirely unable to see this situation for what it really is. (Who's afraid of the big bad bully?) When a person such as Gian reacts in the way that he does, he is obviously able to fend for himself. I truly don't understand what those in MGmt. think this type of communication is. An argument is not abuse... it takes more than one person to argue. I also don't think that it is in the leastwise intelligent to block those who participate in arguments.
