  • Want to live forever?

Whilst living forever or existing in an "afterlife" has its appeal would you want to? Would it be hell or heaven?

Surely you would get bored with existence and want ot end it... but what if you can't? How would you cope?

Many people fear death, perhaps they should fear not ceasing to exist.

    Opinions please....

No, it would suck after a while to see all your loved ones in every age die before you.

By living forever, I don't mean an 'afterlife' or anything.
“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

Not for ever. I'm not greedy. A few millenia should be interesting though.

Sure! If no one has to die, I don't mind living forever .

In the immortal words of CEO Nwabudike Morgan*:

I plan to live forever, of course, but barring that I'd
settle for a couple thousand years. Even five hundred would be
                    pretty nice.

I think that sums up my point of view.

                              Yes.

That you wouldn't want to live forever is a lie put forward by atheists who are frightened of their death in order to comfort themselves.
