Just heard an announcement that a Cesna plane flew into a 42 story building in Tampa. The pilot was a student and didn't have clearance for take off and was tried to be talked down by air control... anyone got more info on this?

Um... you can (provisionally) drive a car at 15 in some states, IIRC.

Maybe the co-pilot (instructor?) took over... maybe it wasn't the kid after all.
